Apartamentos 3000 renews support to childhood leukaemia

This winter, Apartamentos 3000 once again supports childhood leukaemia research, reaffirming its commitment to children and to scientific projects aimed at improving the future for children affected by this disease. On this occasion, the company will allocate a percentage of the reservations made by its customers during the winter tourist season to the research project led by Dr. Biola Javierre, a researcher at the Josep Carreras Leukaemia Research Institute.

Dr. Javierre’s project focuses on the study of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, with an innovative approach that advances our understanding of the disease and opens new pathways to more effective and personalized treatments. Thanks to initiatives like this, research can continue to progress and offer new opportunities for children who still do not have a definitive therapeutic solution.

This collaboration continues Apartamentos 3000’s involvement in the fight against leukaemia. During the summer campaign, “Este verano, tus vacaciones salvan vidas. Porque cada escapada cuenta”, the company also contributed to funding Dr. Laura Belver’s research project, which also focused on rare childhood leukaemia, thus strengthening its sustained commitment to pediatric research.
