The Josep Carreras Foundation has been one of the organizations selected in the 2026 Fundación Ibercaja Call for Children’s Aid, an initiative that reinforces Fundación Ibercaja’s commitment to children, health, and supporting vulnerable groups.
The grant awarded, amounting to €15,000, will help continue advancing the ReALLNet project, a national network focused on improving the management of relapses in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia through collaborative work between hospitals and professionals across the country.
The agreement signing ceremony took place on May 19 at the Patio de la Infanta in Zaragoza and brought together numerous social organizations benefiting from this year’s edition. Representing the Josep Carreras Foundation was Regina Díez Fernández, Head of Corporate Partnerships.
During the event, José Luis Rodrigo, Managing Director of Fundación Ibercaja, highlighted the importance of continuing to build a future-oriented society by supporting children. He also emphasized the growth and social impact of this initiative, which this year has supported 146 social organizations.
At the Josep Carreras Foundation, we would like to sincerely thank Fundación Ibercaja for the trust placed, for the second consecutive year, in our work and in projects aimed at improving the opportunities and quality of life of children with leukemia.
We would also like to congratulate Fundación Ibercaja on its 150th anniversary and recognize its longstanding commitment and dedication to building a fairer, more supportive, and people-centered society.
